The totally customizable platform of TekOffice™, the software component of the TekSource™ support service, allows for the total replacement of the existing technical support. LiveRepair.com will add a comprehensive support service, including online, phone, and email support. We will provide cost-effective and reliable support solutions that will be fully branded for your company, including the support page appearance, your company name, and the company logo. TekOffice™ can be easily integrated into any Web- or Windows-based application using the standard integration mechanism or via a custom gateway using Web forms, custom components, or Web services.
